Port In/ Rebates issue

So I switched to Verizon. Bought two new iPhones and an iPad and ported in 2 numbers. I was told I was guaranteed 3 if not 4 of the $200 gift cards. One for each phone purchased and one for each number ported in. I have only been able to redeem 1 of the gift card for the phone purchase. I tried to submit the other one but nothing back on it yet. Canโt find any information about the port in rebate. Iโm honestly angry because I wanted to use these for accessories for holiday shopping. Anyone have advice. Customer support chat was no help at all
