I am writing to express my frustration regarding a $200 gift card that was promised to me as an incentive to switch to Verizon. Despite fulfilling all the requirements, I have yet to receive the code for this gift card. This incentive was a key factor in my decision to switch to Verizon, and I feel misled by the lack of follow-through on this promise.
After reading multiple message board posts, it appears that this is a common issue among new customers, which is concerning. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter promptly and provide the gift card code as promised.
