Promo won't apply to last line online

I was planning on getting 5 lines, each on Unlimited Plus. In the cart, it showed the promo discount being applied to every phone, bringing them down to their monthly promo price ($0-$5). However, after entering in all the relevant information to port the numbers over and getting to the checkout, the promo discount was only applied to the first 4 lines, leaving the 5th line to its full non-promo price. After removing the 5th line and going back to checkout, the 4th line then didn't receive the discount either. I'm unsure if the problem is only online or if its due to some fine print, but the checkout only shows the last line as being it's regular non-promo price. Anyone have any ideas why this might be?

Hi daniel181, we'd be happy to look into this. Are you setting up a new account with Verizon or adding lines to an existing account?

Thanks for elaborating more on what is happening, daniel181. You mentioned promotional pricing, is this related to the device pricing or the plan pricing when you're checking out? The reason that I ask is that if it is related to a device promotion, we have tools to help fix that once the account has been established as well, pending all the eligibility requirements for the promotion have been met (Unlimited Ultimate typically gets access to all of the best promotions).

I'm referring to the device pricing. When it would normally be $5 a month for the phone, the last line becomes the full price at checkout. I will be going in to a physical store to ensure that we receive the promo price.

Good luck!  I went to the physical store on Monday and they said that they are just sales and that they can't correct the promotion.   He did call the customer support and had it ring to my line.  I explained again (after 1.5 hour chat on Friday May 2)  to customer support that I bought 3 new phones, and the promotional credit for all 3 phones got applied to one line.  It should have been $800, $650, and $650. Instead, it was $800, $38, and $10.  It is supposed to be corrected within 1-2 billing cycles.  I asked for an email to verify our discussion, but of course they can't do that. I get online every day to see if this has been corrected.
