I’ve been on chats and calls with reps for 3 hours about the promo for the gift card. I originally called because I noticed another line was added to my account who’s number I had no clue of I contacted them originally on that they credited the money to my balance and said it’ll be transferred back to my bank. Fine. I than informed than I was suppose to be receiving a $300 gift card as for the promo for purchasing a phone which I bought back in November. They said I should expect my card by late December, late December comes I call they said it should be here Jan 5th doesn’t come so I call again they said it’ll be there Monday. Monday was yesterday still not here I call today they added the credits to my balance instead of giving me a gift card just so I didn’t have to wait anymore  I  try to purchase something with my balance credits on the Verizon shop it doesn’t allow me nor does it accept Verizon balance as payment so the balance is basically useless… so this promo was a complete lie and I’ll probably be planning on following up with a fcc complaint if I keep getting led on these wild goose chase over a promo you guys advertised and promised if you can’t deliver don’t advertise it.
