On 02DEC2024, I transferred two lines from another mobile provider. I was informed by the associate working with me that I would receive two (2) Visa gift cards, worth $200 each, within two to three weeks after the close of the transaction. Four weeks have elapsed since 02DEC2024, and I still have not received any form of additional information regarding the status of these gift cards, or how I may redeem them.
Are there any additional steps I must take to receive/redeem the value of the cards?
