Ray Ban Meta promo

I signed up for a new plan and added 4 lines which qualified us for a promotion for a free pair of ray ban meta glasses that could be redeemed through august 9th. It was showing up in the tiles under 'my offers' but now its completely gone. My husband also had a link sent to him with a promo code but it doesn't seem to work anymore. 

 

Anyone having the same issue?

Yes it was passed the 30 days, and the tile changed to say redeem until August 9th. I did figure out what was happening though! I was originally trying to add my prescription to the glasses thinking it would just make the frames free and then I could pay for that separately, I just tried again without the prescription and the promo code worked. Just ordered the glasses! Figured I'd update here in case anyone else was having the same issue I was.

Hello Evbadra, first impressions are important to us and we want to fulfill our offers. Don't worry, we're here to provide you with some assistance. During the time the title was viewable on My Verizon did you ever click on it to complete the redemption steps? In most cases theres a 30 day waiting period before redemption eligibility, after the 30 days a new title should appear and a new email should be available. Has it been past the 30 days?
