I got a new phone on May 26, 2025 and after 30 days I received an email letting me know I was eligible for the Ray-Ban Meta promotion. I went onto my Verizon app within this past week and I saw the tile for the promo. I clicked on it, to redeem the promotion and got a code and a link for the website. I have tried all week to go online to redeem the code and the link was not working. I went online tonight, to try it again and the tile is gone all together. How do I go about getting this rebate processed now that the tile is gone? Especially, since I have not been able to redeem it all week. Thank you for getting back to me with a resolution.

For Anyone else who might experience this issue, there’s a few reasons an offer, promotion, or rebate might not appear or apply. These can include not meeting the requirements for the offer. An error with the promotion system or not submitting the rebate/offer in the right timeframe.
