Hi!
I previously posted about not receiving info on how to redeem the $300 cart offer rebate. I redeemed and left it alone. This morning I checked the status in my verizon app and it says there was a problem redeeming the offer but no information on what exactly the problem was. If I could get some assistance on that end I would appreciate it.

Per that site it still says pending validation with no mention of issues while the verizon app keeps bouncing between processing and 'there was an issue processing'.

Is it possible you received some other promotion or discount when you signed up? The reason I ask is because promotions, etc. aren't stackable.

Ah that may be it because the notification in-app lists the $300 promo but under My Rebates it lists another promo as also processing.

Yes, that would be it, if you have another rebate in process. You can only get one rebate, even if the app or website shows multiple offers. If you don't get the other rebate either, then keep on contacting Verizon about that one.
