I switched over to Verizon during the time of the rebate, and I have called several times about the fact that my rebate still says processing. It states that you should wait 48 hours for the rebate to arrive, but it has been a little over a month since that notification has come through, and I still have not received my rebate. I have called a few times but I have just been told that they will look into it. Has anyone else had this problem?

I'm having a similar issue, except I haven't even been able to redeem mine , it just doesn't even give the option to do so. Been on the phone with them for two days now and no answers

Thatโs the same issue Iโm having! Every time I click on the link to redeem it takes me to my Verizon account and nothing happens ๐ซ

Extremely disappointed with Verizon due to the 300 dollar rebate I was told would be processed on the 14th of Jan but still hasnโt been ! I was assured i would have received it by now , been counting on it to arrive before my daughters birthday tomorrow so I could use it to get her a gift !!! Thanks a lot Verizon! Super disappointed

so I was literally just having a conversation with SUPPORT member Nikki. She asked for me to tell her what the promotion was where I was offered $300 on a gift card. Iโm not sure the name of the promotion but I gave her screenshots of my receipt where it clearly states that Iโm owed a promotion, a rebate of $300 I send her the pictures and she says any luck tracking down that promotion with the link I sent you and then I wasnโt allowed to reply. The conversation was cut off and said I needed to reach out on social media to get a new secure link for a conversation. Are you kidding me?

well, good to know I'm not the only one. After 6 phone calls and more than 4 hours spent trying to get a $200 gift card. I actually think VZ might be trying to pull one over on me!

Yeah same issue kinda, just put $550 upfront for a new phone on a new account, rebate was listed all over my paperwork, guy was telling reassuring me yeah it's $550 upfront, but there's a rebate at least. Was gonna use that to pay my phone bill as the first one's biggest and I need it rn. My payment is gonna be late as its due on the 22nd and I don't get paid till the 3rd. So two things have ticked me off, I was expecting a 30 day billing cycle but nope, I gotta pay it a week before it even should end and without a rebate which was promised multiple times. I check the status of it and it just tells me everyday to check my network connection, been doing that since i got the phone around the 1st.

they have yet to payoff my previous phone bill provider and its been over 3 months claiming they cannot find any emails sent to them
