Rebate Issues

I was supposed to get a $300 rebate for my new line and phone that I purchased on Jul 1 (promo ends Jul 2). I got the receipt with rebate qualification information on Jul 1 instructing me to submit and register my rebate by Aug 30. I submitted and registered the rebate on Jul 7, WAY BEFORE deadline. I follow up after 6 weeks as instructed and was told it was denied. I complained and gave them all information proving I am qualified and they created a ticket then told me to wait 14 BD. I follow up and was told again that it is denied due to being outside of promo period. I complained again and they created a ticket again and asked me to wait 14 BD again! And then now I am on the line with another agent following up after the 14 BD I was asked to wait for AND THEN THEY ARE CREATING A TICKET AGAIN ABOUT THE SAME CONCERN AND ASKING ME TO WAIT AGAIN!!!

And for what? I have no idea. All they say is wait. VERIZON PROMISED A $300 rebate and DOES NOT seem to HAVE ANY INTENTION OF FULFILLING their commitment!!! This is disappointing and you guys are trying to get away with it by delaying and hassling customers so we would give up!!!
