Rebate and up to $800 to pay off phone from previous carrier

1) I am looking for the area to submit my final bill from my previous carrier so that I can get the rebate to pay off my device.

2) I started service 4/1 with 4 lines, and just got full access to My Verizon account today.  I completed the $200 rebate for my device (the main device)- how do I complete it for the other 3?

Hey there, pbirditt1175, glad to hear you're able to take advantage of this promotion! To make sure we're on the same page, were you able to provide your billing details for all of your numbers at the time you started service with Verizon? You mentioned you were able to submit one of your rebates. Was that available for you to fill out through your My Verizon account?

I have not received any info on how to submit bill from previous carrier as of yet.  Can you assist me with that?  I was advised I had up to 30 days to submit bill from previous carrier.

---I ported 4 lines/numbers into verizon- so is that what is needed to provide billing details at time I started service?

Hi, I'm a little confused.  You are mentioning 2 different promotions.  One is the pay off your former carrier contract up to $800.  The other one is the switcher rebate $200 to port into Verizon from somewhere else.  Promotions cannot be combined, so unless some of your 4 lines were signed up with one offer and the others were signed up for the other offer...

If you were signed up on at least one line for the $800 offer, I'd suggest logging into My Verizon on a computer and not a mobile device.  Then look for wherever your orders or offers are kept to find the place to upload the bill details.

Well that is absolutely horrible!  I specifically clicked on the "up to $800 to pay off devices" area when I signed up for new service. I'm seriously regretting my decision to switch to Verizon!!!!

I also have this problem.  Ported three lines over from AT&T (about a week ago).  I only need to submit the device payoff for two lines, but was never given a link to upload my last bill from AT&T.  Order was placed online.  The chat help is pretty much useless and so is the phone help.  They told me to wait 60-90 days for the link when the terms of the offer said it has to be submitted within 60 days!  Luckily I took a screenshot of the offer, offer terms, all the chat screens, etc. so I can explain to corporate if I can't get this resolved in a reasonable amount of time.  After dealing with their "customer service," compared to AT&T, I'm not impressed.  Seems like it's all outsourced overseas and there's no training or accountability.  Hopefully, one of their employees can private message me on here and help me get this resolved before escalating further.  I'll update everyone either way.
