Rebate problems

 The main reason I switched to Verizon is because I thought I was getting a good deal with the 200$ rebate that was promised to me if I completed the purchase. So I did it and never heard a word back besides a message saying they had trouble processing it, convenient for them right? I don’t like being played like this I did everything right and contacted customer support multiple times and paid my bill on time for months,  but they all gave up and sent me to the next person. It was supposed to be a 200$ E-gift card I really just want what was promised to me

Moderator: By partnering with support, the issue of the gift card promotion was resolved. If others encounter similar problems with gift card promotions, common things that can occur are multiple cards in the same order not triggering separate redemption codes. All Verizon customers can also check out the "my orders" section on the My Verizon app, or using the order information in the confirmation email, to see all promotions that can be redeemed.
 
For anyone facing a similar issue now, we recommend using our rebate center to check the status of your gift card/rebate at https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/#!/check-my-status

I see this question come up a lot.  Wondering if you got some other offer when you signed up, because discounts and promotions can't be combined.

There was some discount about adding on an iPad with the iPhone and it’d be cheaper I can’t remember exactly what it was, but also the 200$ gift card rebate thing I finally was able to get that sorted out now. I just got the approval email
