The main reason I switched to Verizon is because I thought I was getting a good deal with the 200$ rebate that was promised to me if I completed the purchase. So I did it and never heard a word back besides a message saying they had trouble processing it, convenient for them right? I don’t like being played like this I did everything right and contacted customer support multiple times and paid my bill on time for months, but they all gave up and sent me to the next person. It was supposed to be a 200$ E-gift card I really just want what was promised to me
