After being with verizon a couple months it came time for our rebates. We had three. One for Verizon, one for Amazon and one gift card. Every single time we try and process it nothing happens, it just spins, one page says it can't load. We have called every day with no call backs and one hold with no one answering an hour later. So Im guessing its just lies to get customers to sign up, because no one helps , you cant redeem anything. Guess we will switch back to who we had that picks up their phones

Rebate management is a well-known process that takes a lot of time and is complicated. By their very nature, complicated processes take a lot of time and are expensive. The majority of businesses that deal with rebates involve a lot of paperwork, data entry, and reconciliation in the rebate management process.
