I added a line and it said I would get a $200 rebate gift card on 11/15/2024. I received an email that my rebate is ready but it's asking for a promo code and I cannot find it anywhere.

I was promoted to add an additional line around black Friday and receive a $200 rebate when checking out.

Thanks for confirming those details for me today, Mss1994. I was able to locate the promotion for the gift card. The promotional detials indicate up to $200 gift card, and it's based on the price plan for the new line of service. Here are the details;

If the new line of service is on Unlimited Welcome, you'll get a $100 Verizon Gift Card using promo code "100SWITCHNOV24".

If the new line of service is on Unlimited Plus or Unlimited Ultimate, you'll get a $200 Verizon Gift card using promo code "200SWITCHNOV24".
