I recently switched to Verizon in early December of 2024. Part of the promo they were running said when you activate a new line and get a new phone through Verizon you would receive a $300 rebate. I got a new iPhone 16 pro max and the ultimate unlimited plan. I took all the necessary steps and completed the rebate application and did what it told me to do. It says I should have my rebate by January 10th of 2025. I still haven’t received my rebate and have had no updates on the status of it. When will I get my rebate?

you will never get the rebates. They lied to you. A rep will dm you shortly and tell you to wait 4 weeks, then in 4 weeks they tell you the same thing. The cycle will continue until you give up and at that point it's too late to switch back. See the sham?

I actually called and waited to talk to someone. I got the rebate card 2 days later and paid my bill with it. They make it hard but it’s attainable.
