I have been with Verizon for at least 20 years and in April  my partner who was with ATT and I went to store I wanted to upgrade my phone while there she asked about his and we said we still owe $275 on it with ATT so she said well Verizon will pay that with a rebate and we are like oh wow really? So long story short I had to pay off the payout of $275 to ATT and have been waiting and waiting and have gotten in touch with them several times to no avail they say oh it’s coming. I mean seriously how long does it take! 
I’m not happy with them at this point because it’s been over 2 months! So now someone is checking again! Unbelievable if I owed them that money buddy they would shut me down! I can’t find a way to give them a review or I would!

If you're having trouble with redeeming a promotion or other offer, there’s a few reasons it might be delayed or not applied. These can include not meeting the requirements for the offer. An error with the promotion system or not submitting for the rebate/offer in the right timeframe.

Hi there! We definitely understand how important it is that you receive the eligible rebate as promised, especially now that your partner has already switched to us. Your Virtual Prepaid Mastercard is sent via email from verizon@yourdigitalrebateceter.com. You should receive it within 8 weeks after we receive and validate your rebate submission. 

 

Do you recall submitting for the rebate or receiving a confirmation email after it was submitted?
