Switcher rebate is never paid. After multiple attempts with countless reps my switcher rebate was never honored and I'm told several different reasons why I wasn't eligible, none of which are accurate. Ordered my phones and service at Christmas with a Verizon rep over the phone (since the website wouldn't let me purchase directly - should've known to steer clear from Verizon then) and that rep even helped me submit the rebates at the time of purchase BECAUSE I WAS ELIGIBLE and still no payout. Complete joke.

Speculation, but is it possible you were signed up with some other offer or discount?  If you are getting some other offer such as a free phone promo or special discounted rate pricing, then the reason why your Switcher Rebate won't go through is because discounts and promotions cannot be stacked.

Otherwise, I'd suggest trying live chat where you type "live agent" in the chat window to get a real person while you're logged into My Verizon.  It's a little more convenient than having to stay signed in on the forums waiting for your PM envelope to light up.
