Anyone else have problems resolving issues with the promotions department? I redeemed the offer for my Nintendo switch and never received it. Per the tracking number it was returned to the sender. I have spent weeks trying to get the issue resolved and each time I get "let me transfer you over to the department that can resolve this issue for you" or "I have escalated this issue to our internal team, please allow 4-5 days for them to reach out." If the situation was actually escalated then you would think once I reached out again there would be a record of it on my account. I get the issue may be difficult to resolve, but I would appreciate honesty in their inability to resolve the issue over them just giving me the run around and wasting my time. I have spent more time on this than the free offer was actually worth.
