I may not being doing this correctly but here goes. So there isn’t enough rewards presented within Verizon. There isn’t any appreciation here. You have customers that pay these high rates Sometimes the Thank You for being a Loyal2yr Customer isn’t enough. Tshirts umbrellas. Just a suggestion
