I upgrade  a line with a new phone (which I didn't need it)  in dic 6 in order to get the TV and since then I called 5 times to find out about the email to redeem the TV and the 5 representatives said I just need to wait for it. 

The last time I called i asked for a supervisor and he told me that the phone need to be activated in in order to receive the email which I don't activated because I was ok with the phones I already have. 

He said it pass 2 months already  and it's too late to activated it because the promotion is not valid now. 

I never received a document on any way when it states the instructions of what to do to get the TV other than to keep the service 2 months active. 

The phone still unopened in the box with the  original wrapping. 

Now I'm stock paying a phone  with a new contract and without my TV because none one gave me the right steps to do!

How can I do a formal complaint?
