I really hate to sound like a broken record, but I can see that I am just one of MANY who feel duped. I too have not had success with the Samsung TV Offer and feel as though it is simply false advertising. After years of being a loyal Verizon customer, I must say it is extremely disappointing and frustrating. I would hope you will make this right Verizon by following through on your promises that you agreed to. At the very least, I would like you to compensate me for the full value of the Samsung TV. Though it would be very disappointing being that my family was looking forward to receiving the Samsung TV, at least it would show you are willing to make it right for us. Please assist and restore my faith in Verizon.
