Samsung TV Offer

I really hate to sound like a broken record, but I can see that I am just one of MANY who feel duped. I too have not had success with the Samsung TV Offer and feel as though it is simply false advertising. After years of being a loyal Verizon customer, I must say it is extremely disappointing and frustrating. I would hope you will make this right Verizon by following through on your promises that you agreed to. At the very least, I would like you to compensate me for the full value of the Samsung TV. Though it would be very disappointing being that my family was looking forward to receiving the Samsung TV, at least it would show you are willing to make it right for us. Please assist and restore my faith in Verizon.

I have been with them 21 years and worked for them the first 6 years. I have been on the phone with them now over 15 hours multiple call backs and multiple reps saying everything is set up correctly! I am contact consumer affairs and the better business unit

I was also screwed on this and am starting to look into further options for lack of integrity.   I've even reached out to them privately and was given the run around by 3 separate representatives.   I should have probably stuck with a cheaper third party phone company.

I went into a Verizon store to make sure I had was able to get the samsung tv promotion.  I stated to the rep who helped me I was specifically there for the samsung tv offer.  I have been given the run around by customer support.  I was told by the first rep I needed to upgrade my plan, and so didn't qualify, but he would as a courtesy upgrade my line and get me set up to receive the tv, look for an email in 10 days.  Ten days later no email.  I reached out again and was told it was escalated to wait 10 more days.  I waited again, still no email.  This went on a couple more times before they told me I didn't qualify and there was nothing they could do.  Sorry for the inconvenience.  I went back to the store and was told the manager would call me.  The manager never called.  So now I'm paying for a phone upgrade and a more expensive plan for a tv I'm never going to get?  I've been with Verizon for years but I may switch once my contract is up.

I have ben in contact with verizon chat people 4 separate times nor regarding the samsung tv but also a ticket for the xbox gaming console they offered when I started verizon internet. And have been told each time that my ticket is in and I will receive an email. 

I've been with verizon for years but I feel like with this fail of communication and being honest about a situation I want to leave verizon.

I too was mislead with the promotion.  I have spent hours taking with agents through chat who looked through everything in my account and said yes I qualify for the tv and i would get an email in 4 to 7 days. 7 business days have gone by and I called to now be told I don't qualify.  So now I'm paying almost $20 more a month and no tv.  I would have never upgraded my sons plan or traded in his phone for an upgrade. I would have kept his phone and plan and bought the TV while I had the money.  I'm so aggravated and frustrated and bring i can do about it.  I feel stuck now.

Same! I made send of my upgrade by saying โ€œI can treat this as buying the tv overtime.โ€ Now Iโ€™m just spending money for a phone I could have waited for. I ONLY got this because of the promotion.
