Got any email saying i can redeem my Samsung tv and the Tile magically disappeared today. It was showing up prior to the redemption date, but now that I'm able to redeem it the Tile won't show up. Sure seems like verizon is trying to cheat people out of the promotion. I know this is a common thing from these forums.
Thank you for raising your concerns in regard to your Samsung Promotion. Please confirm if you're trying this through the app or the website. Did you have any other promotions with your purchase such as a device discount?
