Hello I recently upgraded from iPhone 15 to a Samsung S24 Ultra and had the option to upgrade early and receive a free 50 inch or 75 inch tv, I have yet to receive anything and feel like I'm missing out on the deal. Anyone else having this issue

I purchased the phone on December 31st and I don't recall seeing the offer in my cart, but I know I selected that option as it was the main reason for upgrading my phone.
Hello I posted here about 2 weeks ago about the free tv offer, I got a private message and a reference number and a date when I should get a email about the free tv and I still haven't gotten it, is anyone else having this issue
