Hello, I bought the S24 ultra back on Nov 15th and I thought I could redeem the Samsung TV offer on my account after getting the email about it. However, when I tried to redeem it the offer game me an error message with something about an offer from 2022. I was told to wait about a week but it's annoying that initially I was sent a redemption offer that had errors. This socks because I just switched back from Tmobile and maybe I made the wrong choice.
