I added the Samsung Flip 6 that came with a promo offer of a 75 inch samsung TV. I added it to my cart. I got confirmation that I was getting it and then they offered me a two hundred dollar rebate gift card so I accepted it. It's been several days.I'm contacting employees about the t.V.They're telling me to give it it 5-7 days , after the 5-7 another employee says 4-5 days then another employee 1-2. It was becoming fishy so i reach out again...come to find out, Iwas never getting the tv because I accepted the $200.Gift card , but it never said one promo at a time. And if there's only one problem why was I offered a gift card if I had already clicked on the tv!! They were never going to send it out and they dragged it on till after I had redeemed the gift card to use it as an excuse!
