In November my daughter and I decided to take advantage of Samsung upgrade, including the watch and tablet. We liked that the promotion states 'Any model, any condition'. We We upgraded from our Galaxy S10 to the Galaxy S23. However we wanted to trade in our older S7 that we used as a back up. When I inquired about trading in the S7, I was told it's not on the list of qualified trade ins. If 'any model, any condition' doesn't include certain older models, why is that not called out prior to the trade in? Isn't this considered false advertisement?

Did u find this out before you traded it in or after. I'm thinking of trading in the backup phone I've been using when I switch phones so that I can sell my unlocked s24 so that I can pay off what I owe on iPhone that is on my account. Right now they have deal where you get up to 800 any phone any condition.
