Sales team botched my promo after I bought a new Samsung phone s24 they asked me if I wanted a 55 or 75inc tv only to wait 30 day multiple services quest with nobody calling me back or answer I switching from T mobile to verizon have been having the worst experience ever!!!

Thank you for those additional details. Unfortunately, Unlimited Play More did not qualify for this promotion, only Unlimited Ultimate or Unlimited Plus did.

I have the highest service!!!! On my plan this is why people swich to other companies the Verizon

You can try but they all ready told me that they will not honor the promo because the verizon phone sale person did the wrong promo even if it not my fault I mean why have recorded lines if you can't use it SMH

I upgraded my phone to the ZFold 6, love it, but never received either an email or the tile for the tv offer. Just wondering when it will come to me. It's been over the 30 days but under the 60 days. I don't wanna miss my chance.
