This makes for the 5th time I have contacted Verizon regarding the samsung tv offer. I've spoken with, and received 2 (two) "promises" of redemption emails for the tile to be "re-emailed". I'm beginning to think Verizon bit off more than they could chew regarding supplying the tv's. Looks bad on Verizon doing all this.
