Has anybody received the free Samsung tv?
I turned in my old phone for trade in at the verizon corporate store and the associate told me after 30 days i would get an email to redeem the offer.
I waited 32 days and contacted verizon by chat . I was told they were sending the email right away.
Days went by and no email. I called and wasted half an hour on the phone with someone who told me i wasn't eligible because I had to be on a monthly payment plan which I am paying monthly on my new phone.
So I told him I want a copy of the promotional rules and I want to send my new phone back.
He couldn't give me a copy of the promo rules and I can't send the new phone back because it was past the 30 days.
I'm so angry.
We would love to help RykerB. What plan are you currently on? Are you receiving a monthly credit on the new device? -Joe
