I am having trouble redeeming the free Samsung 75"qled tv. I purchased the phone in the store, amd upgraded my plan to receive the offer. I've talked with the people in the store, and also chatted with online support, both saying I do qualify but the tile hasn't appeared, and no email. The person in the online chat put in a ticket a week ago, and still no answer or solution
