I upgraded a phone and decided to take verizons deal for a free samsung tv with an eligible upgrade. Completed the upgrade with an eligible phone and qualified plan. This was on November 16th for the activation ect. 30 days later no email or tile on the app. I tried looking in different places and logging in directly from the website. Still nothing... gave them another couple days and nothing.
Contacted support through chat and was bounced through at least 10 support agents each saying different things, dropped connections or just transferred me outright.
Called support and was on the phone for about an hour with an agent who said he put in a ticket and I would hear back in 7 days.
I am not holding my breath for verizon to figure this out as this would be the second time that verizon has burned me for upgrades and promotions. The first being I returned two google pixels for upgrades and guess what? They only "recieved one" and decided instead of honoring the $1000 trade in they were offering for both they gave me $30 and wouldn't do anything.
Buyer beware.

- An eligible Samsung smartphone must be active on eligible service for 30 days before the Samsung TV on us can be redeemed (WFG wait period). One Samsung TV per account.
- After the 30-day waiting period, customers have 60 days to redeem the Samsung TV, or no later than 5/8/25, whichever comes first.
- Verizon reserves the right to charge back up to $999 for the value of the Samsung TV if eligible services are canceled within 180 days.

That's correct. The problem is that we have met the requirements but verizon has not sent an email or added a tile to allow us to complete the promotion. All requirements have been verified multiple times with verizon.

I got the email and have the tile but when I click to redeem it has a popup wanting me to accept terms for a Google home promotion from 2022 and when I do, it errors out. The tile itself is an error as it says Samsung TV on us "redeem by ##RD##".

The same thing happen to me as. Undoubtedly Verizon does not train their store rep well, I lost count of the rep in store on on the phone gave me misinformation about the Samsung TV trade. I too traded a samsung 23 ultra to add insult to injury they gave me 330 trade and no TV voucher. I asked for an investigation to the phone conversation to prove what was told to me concerning the trade, Verizon all of the sudden could not find my recorded phone conversation with the agent. Im sure had it been the other way around and they where trying find me at fault the missing phone conversation would certainly have been found. I was very hesitant about making this deal especially when my trade was paid off, now I'm stuck with a new unnecessary phone.

Happening to me as well, I actually see the tile, I received the email, but every time I go to claim it pops an error, I have been helped by 8 different representatives and no one can do anything after hours and hours.
A fallout system would be great for us who can't redeem.

Im having the same problem. The last rep i spoke to told me it would be 60 days now!!! I've had it with Verizon. I've filed FCC and BBB complaints.

I have had the same problem fighting with Verizon all weekend the tile not working with the message below
##rd##. Now when I try to claim the tv offer instead of being able to pick the tv you want 50in or 75 in they only letting you pick 50 in !!!!!! Im not happy at all with Verizon right now nothing is working!!!

I got the email the tile and as soon as we clicked on the tv in the Samsung sight it went directly to a page that said they removed it from my cart because I chose a better deal. I did not. Each person I have spoken to has a different idea ands they an all diligently look for a way to dequalify me from being eligible

Hello Phatmanz, we want our customer to receive any qualifying promotions. This promotion had the option to choose to get a selected smartphone as low as $0/mo (or discounted device) or their choice of either a 75" Samsung 4K OLED TV or 50" Samsung 4K Frame TV. Do you know by chance if you received a discount on the price of your device?

An update:
Verizon now no longer sees the original ticket that was put in to resolve this... now they are submitting a new one.... what a joke of a company.
I emailed the executive relations team for a resolution.
I will update on this page.
If they can't resolve it then it will be taken further
