Hi, just purchased a plan and a Pixel 9 Fold through Verizon. Was wondering on when I would get an email notification or app notification on when my rebate gift card would be ready to claimed. I plan to use this to purchase a smartwatch. However I have until October 20th to redeem and claim my gift card but cannot find any information on where to claim or any ETA on when this will become readily available.
Has anyone else been able to successfully claim their $200 rebate gift card, and if so what did you do?

- Access rebate forms through My Notifications > in App Alerts or Shop > Orders > Rebates.
- Review the information.
- Click Submit.
Result: The customer receives the Verizon Gift Card via email within 8 weeks of submission. -Joe

Hi Joe
I'm not seeing any rebate form when going to my notifications. And when I view my orders I only see my trade in information and my mobile device purchase. I do not see any forms in either category please advise where I could find this form to fill out and submit.

I lost my previous rebates because it wouldnt show anything just said i was elgible. Got two new phones and now same thing. Got the email and when i open it it says there are no rebates

Iโm not sure why this is a common issue. If the company is giving people a hard time getting their rebate, then they need to come up with another solution or stop the rebate promotion.
im struggling to get mine too. Itโs been over 8 weeks and customer support has said it could take another 8 weeks to get it.
