Hi, just purchased a plan and a Pixel 9 Fold through Verizon. Was wondering on when I would get an email notification or app notification on when my rebate gift card would be ready to claimed. I plan to use this to purchase a smartwatch. However I have until October 20th to redeem and claim my gift card but cannot find any information on where to claim or any ETA on when this will become readily available.
Has anyone else been able to successfully claim their $200 rebate gift card, and if so what did you do?

- Access rebate forms through My Notifications > in App Alerts or Shop > Orders > Rebates.
- Review the information.
- Click Submit.
Result: The customer receives the Verizon Gift Card via email within 8 weeks of submission. -Joe

Hi Joe
I'm not seeing any rebate form when going to my notifications. And when I view my orders I only see my trade in information and my mobile device purchase. I do not see any forms in either category please advise where I could find this form to fill out and submit.

I lost my previous rebates because it wouldnt show anything just said i was elgible. Got two new phones and now same thing. Got the email and when i open it it says there are no rebates

I’m not sure why this is a common issue. If the company is giving people a hard time getting their rebate, then they need to come up with another solution or stop the rebate promotion.
im struggling to get mine too. It’s been over 8 weeks and customer support has said it could take another 8 weeks to get it.

I purchased an Internet box that I didn’t technically need because the one I had worked fine . They said something about a $200 amazon gift card keep in mind this was back in march. Now they’re telling me July 1st I been a customer for over 2 years now. They also talked me into getting the iPhone 16pro max and trade in my 13 but after I paid off my 13 with cash they said it wasn’t eligible for trade in so I’m paying off a 16 pro max now. .. again after July 1st I’m going to a different carrier, not to mention half the time my FaceTime cuts out and freezes up my YouTube buffers all the time and I apparently pay for the best plan you can buy.. not happy with Verizon and I definitely don’t feel like a valued customer !!!

Verizon customer here for over 27 years. I signed up for the VZ home network on the pretense of a 200.00 Amazon Gift Card. This was back in June 2025. The VZW rebate link conveniently no longer displays the rebate status. Fortunately, I had screenshots of the promotion. As of 10/7/2025, I have not received a rebate card, although the reps have reassured me that the rebate “is on its way” and waiting for process. Aren’t there laws against false advertising.? I am calling again tonight and will update. My advice to anyone is always screen shot the rebate process. Seriously, Verizon does not honor their promotions.! Beware..best of luck

No, I kept getting the run around. Every time I called to inquire about when I would be receiving it, I would get a different story. I kept calling, finally they said there was an issue with the redemption and gave me a $200 credit on my Verizon bill. You just have to keep after them and demand a resolution.
