I switched my number from T-mobile to Verizon with the iPhone 16 pro with the promotion of a $200 rebate. My documents say I have until May 7th to submit my rebate but there is no rebate code provided TO submit it.

Welcome to Verizon! We want to make sure you get every promotion you're eligible for. When you log into your online account is there a redemption tile for the rebate? Have you received an email that your rebate is ready to redeem?

Hello, and thank you.
I don’t see anything about a rebate anywhere on my account except on the Purchase Receipt. I haven’t received an email saying that it was ready to be redeemed, just a message within another email that my order is eligible and that it must be redeemed by May 7th.

If you did the port in at a Verizon store, I'd check with them to see if they are participating in the rebate - if it is a 3rd party store and not a corporate store, then they may not have been participating. You can find out if the location is corporate or 3rd party using the store locator link:

Other reasons for why you don't have a rebate code are if the Verizon agent didn't process the paperwork correctly, or if there is a requirement for a certain service plan and you didn't sign up with that plan. Or, if your paperwork has mention of some other type of deal such as "get a free phone". Discounts and promotions are not stackable, so if you were put on a free phone deal as an example, then you can't get the switcher rebate.
[edit] You tagged "Mobile + Home" in your first post, which makes me wonder if you signed up for both phone service and home internet service and you're getting a "bundle" discount? If so, that's another example of "can't stack".
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
