On January 13 2024 we went to Verizon local store. We were promised we can get $200 rebate per line the total of $600 when we switch to Verizon. On the same day we bought 3 iPhone 15 and switched our 3 phone lines to Verizon. The salesman submitted our rebates by using the store computer for us. Last Friday (2/2/2024) we got emails from Verizon saying that our rebates are invalid because our purchasing store is not the selected participating location. We feel we are deceived by Verizon totally. We are very upset/ mad about this situation.

HCL72, that's not how I want you to feel after coming over to us. Certianly if there's a promotion or rebate you qualify for, we want you to be able to benefit from it. There's a few different switching promotions going on currently. Where did you complete your transaction?

we got all 3 submission confirmed emails .
then we got 3 emails from Verizon saying our rebates are invalid because

this is really not acceptable. Your Verizon store representative promised us we can get $200 rebates per line when we switch/ port to Verizon. He not only ported our phone from Tmoble to Verizon but also submitted our rebates for us. It all done at the store by store computer.
very upset Verizon lied us about this.

Update:
your store representative submitted the wrong code for us it’s not my fault because we didn’t know.
Then when I called the customer service on 2/2/2024 Maryah told us Verizon will credit us $300 for this mistake. I didn’t see any credit into my account.
I called the customer services again on 2/8/2024, Shekiera gave me another code and she said Verizon will do escalation for us because it’s not our fault and it will be fine this time. However, I looked the promotion this one was expired on1/3/2024.
I have no words but all bad things about Verizon according to this issue. Verizon is not trying to solve the problems but keep lying and lying.

I actually posted before on this. Bought phone in October, had to chase down a code, submitted it and never received it.
Can someone help with this? It appears I cannot call in, so trying this.

I am dealing with an issue wherein the phones were sent by UPS store employee, received at the warehouse, but we are not getting the trade in credit. Verizon says go back to the UPS store, UPS store says go to Verizon. Neither wants to take action. May have to go the legal route.
