Switcher Rebate

I just joined Verizon and have a 1x $200 and 3x $100 Switcher Rebates and noted on my invoice for 4 lines I am porting in.  The notice says to check Notifications on my account or go to vzw.com/myverizon.   There is no "promo" code noted on the invoice  and nothing on my account.  No luck with online help, I just get an error message the system is down.  Does anyone have a solution as to how to make this happen?

We don't want you to miss out on this great deal. To redeem your promotion you will need to visit vzw.com/rebate and use the codes 200SWITCHNOV24 / 100SWITCHNOV24 depending on the promotion you are redeeming. From here you will be able to submit the information for your rebates. If you have any questions, let us know.

Just tried entering these, but I get an email to confirm my email address after entering and it prompts me to enter the rebate information again, and again confirm my email in an infinite loop.
