Switcher Rebate

I just joined Verizon and have a 1x $200 and 3x $100 Switcher Rebates and noted on my invoice for 4 lines I am porting in. The notice says to check Notifications on my account or go to vzw.com/myverizon. There is no "promo" code noted on the invoice and nothing on my account. No luck with online help, I just get an error message the system is down. Does anyone have a solution as to how to make this happen?

To redeem your promotion you will need to visit vzw.com/rebate and use the codes 200SWITCHNOV24 / 100SWITCHNOV24 depending on the promotion you are redeeming. Just tried entering these, but I get an email to confirm my email address after entering and it prompts me to enter the rebate information again, and again confirm my email in an infinite loop.
