Store in Saugus MA . I have a PDF receipt showing the 200$ switcher rebate on it but no code. No code in my notifications. The store representative has been trying to help me but no success. Almost feels like this rebate is designed to entice people and then be purposefully incredibly difficult to receive

I don’t understand how a company that earned over 10 Billion in profits last year has confusion around its rebate offers unless it’s intentional. Please just give me the code/miniscule 200$ rebate I was promised when I started my service. Thank you
What does any of this have to do with your companies offer to me? I don’t know? It is a Verizon store. Would the address help? Phone number? Sales representative name?

We have many promotions and rebates running at the same time, at different retailers and different eligibility requirements. Feels disingenuous to say this process isn’t designed to hinder me receiving the rebate. It would be simple to just give me the promo code that I need on the receipt or simply give me the 200$ rebate without having to jump through these hoops at all. I appreciate you’re trying to help me sort through the mess your company designed. Here to answer any and all questions to get this solved.
