- I am told I have 30 days to apply my switcher rebate promo code but there is no promo code on my receipt. My store representative has told me it comes in 30 days after start of service but every service representative on here says I have UP TO 30 days from switching my service to apply the code. I don’t want to wait and have the window expire. Someone please help me find or receive my promo code I was promised.

Store in Saugus MA . I have a PDF receipt showing the 200$ switcher rebate on it but no code. No code in my notifications. The store representative has been trying to help me but no success. Almost feels like this rebate is designed to entice people and then be purposefully incredibly difficult to receive

What does any of this have to do with your companies offer to me? I don’t know? It is a Verizon store. Would the address help? Phone number? Sales representative name?

Lute1986 I'm sorry that you are feeling like this about us. I am asking this information to try to find the rebate that you are expecting. We have many promotions and rebates running at the same time, at different retailers and different eligibility requirements. An address for the store would be helpful to see if the offer is from an indirect location. I am trying to help, not hinder this process. ~Peter

Feels disingenuous to say this process isn’t designed to hinder me receiving the rebate. It would be simple to just give me the promo code that I need on the receipt or simply give me the 200$ rebate without having to jump through these hoops at all. I have tried to get this rebate too and have been waiting for over a month for the email the CS rep said I was going to receive. I'm already past the date to claim this. What can I do? No one reached out to us about it from the beginning and I was expecting Verizon to just email us or send us the credit. What kind of business practice is this?

I don’t understand how a company that earned over 10 Billion in profits last year has confusion around its rebate offers unless it’s intentional. Please just give me the code/miniscule 200$ rebate I was promised when I started my service. Thank you
