Unable to reverify student status

I've been unable to reverify my student discount status using id.me for months. I have called them and chatted with their support team to no avail.
I have repeated the steps 1. Click on the link,
2. Click on "Check availability" button,
3. Click on Existing 4. Login to id.me
When I log into my ID.me, it gives me an error saying unable to verify discount eligibility although I am a student.
Did anyone have the same issue, how can I fix this?

I have the same issue and I was told to keep trying lol...they should be honoring the discount as it seems to be a glitch on their end. I called customer service and he was extremely rude and was like how do you know this is a glitch on verizon's end? At the end, he tried to convince me to switch my plan to a more expensive plan..I was like sir, I called to decrease my bill not increase it.
