How do I get Verizon to fulfill the terms of the promotion I signed up for? have chatted with reps about this, I have spoken to an agent, it has allegedly been escalated at least TWICE and nothing. I even asked to speak to a manager or the escalation department and the agent would not transfer me.
I decided to switch to Verizon because of the Apple TV+ on us…I owned my phone, I have great credit…I could have gone to any other provider but chose Verizon because of that particular promotion. Very disappointed in my choice but I’m a Verizon customer now and I want what I was promised.
