I am a long time Verizon customer. Recently you flooded me with phone upgrade promotions.
When i opted for promotion and upgraded my phone on the recorded line where everything is mentioned crystal clear about all the terms, promotions and cost.
When i called again about my order you absolutely denied everything on that order even if its on recorded call.

Now your customer agents just keep throwing me from one to another agent and absolutely denied to take any complaints.
Now they are not able to cancel the order and provide me a return label. After spending 5 hours on call. Issue is still unresolved.
