We currently have the 5G Start plan and are considering an upgrade to Unlimited Plus. We now have a $40 monthly loyalty discount. Will that transfer to the new plan? I have received conflicting answers to this question from chat agents. One said yes while another said no… What’s the truth? We don’t want the military discount, as it is $25. While the $15 difference between the loyalty discount and the military discount won’t bother most people, it does matter to us when living on a fixed income.
