Verizon 200 gift card

I recently ported in 3 lines to Verizon with the help of online sales agent and they told me I only qualify for one gift card, but I was able to apply one gift card promotion for each line added when I’m doing it myself. So frustrated Verizon is not treating its customers honestly, maybe it’s not a wise choice to port in. I request that Verizon rebate me for each line added.

Resolution Update: By partnering with support, your issue with the gift card promotion was resolved. If others encounter similar problems with redeeming gift card, common factors include: not having the device on the account active and in use, not waiting the initial waiting period of 30-45 days and not completing the redemption from the my verizon app.

 

For anyone facing a similar issue now, we recommend reviewing the my verizon app and checking under My Orders to see the status of your promotion as well as any other promotions you are eligible to redeem.

Im on the same boat. 

"Based on your purchase date, you can expect your rebate to be validated around 05-06-2025' ist already past that date still nothing. Help

Update, Meg reached to me via private message and was able to identify the issue. She issued a 1 time $200 credit to my account instead, which was reflected immediately on my account.
