So this is my second time complaining about Verizon and Im hoping someone can help me. I ported 3 numbers into my account in July where I also purchased 3 new phones . At the time, Verizon was offering a $200 rebate promo since I was placing the order online. I got the eligibility email/notification and submitted my rebate on July 22nd. Fast forward to today, I get a notification that Im “not eligible” for the promo because something in my account changed. The examples given were canceling service, porting out the numbers on the account. NONE of those things happened. There has not been any changes on my account. I’ve been with verizon for over 3 years. I called Verizon and the agent is also confused and telling me that I AM eligible and he can see nothing on my account has changed. So why the invalid claim?? No one can tell me why. Im beyond disappointed
