Verizon $200 rebate promo

Hi there,

 I added new line to my account on February 22, 2025 with $200 gift card promo.  Waiting for the card until now!  Never received any emails regarding $200 Verizon gift card or step by step instructions!

I am Verizon customer for 13 years with many lines , but doing rebate promo for the first time and are so confused and disappointed!

This situation is starting to feel like ascam. I have called customer service several times, and each time I’ve been told that the case was resolved. However, nothing has actually happened.

After that, I opened a new case. A representative offered me a lower credit than I was originally promised. I declined that offer, and she assured me that her supervisor would call me back. It has now been 5 days with no call, no email, and no text.

To make matters worse, it has been over 3 months since I purchased the service, and I am still without a proper resolution.

Please escalate this issue immediately. I expect a prompt response and a resolution without further delays
