Verizon Promotional Gift Card

Hello. I redeemed two Verizon promotional gift cards in June and cannot locate the balance anywhere in my account. I received the emails and redeemed both, so please don't reply that the gift cards will be sent to my email as they were already received and redeemed. I am looking for information about where I can locate the balance. When I try to use the balance to pay my bill, it is no where to be found.
