Seems like there is a pattern at these Authorized Verizon Retailers !!
Be cautious of Authorized Verizon Retail locations. Recently completed phone purchases and the salesman offered additional FREE phones. He said there are no catches, no clauses and they are offering FREE phones because they are discontinued and new ones are out. Reluctantly, we accepted only to find out the authorized retailer has extended corporate contracts for 3 years.
Now the retail location salesman and the 2 managers are avoiding my calls and they will not call back. I cant wait to get back to that State and Store for a IN PERSON discussion…I am certain I will have a more positive experience Face to Face !
