Verizon gift card

I purchased a new plan and phone and have a receipt saying eligible for Verizon gift card  as well as email stating eligible for multiple rebates but have not received a way to redeem it.. I have looked in all recommended places to look on my Verizon app and there is no code or link.

Resolution Update: By partnering with support, the issue of the gift card promotion was resolved. If others encounter similar problems with gift card promotions, common things that can occur are promo requirements not met within the first 45-60 days (redemption time frames can vary depending on the promotion) or submissions not completed at our rebate center. All Verizon customers can also check out the "Orders" section on the My Verizon app to see all promotions that can be redeemed.

After a promotion has been redeemed, you can use our rebate center to check the status of your gift card/rebate at https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/#!/check-my-status
