Have been with Verizon for over 10 plus years was looking to upgrade my phone today only to get Completely Disgusted !! Saw deals of getting a watch tablet and new phone and was very interested but only to get turned around by a Verizon Agebt ( ) that it was only available for new customers or if I added a line !! Smh I have no need to add a line it's only me & I'm already paying almost 150 for one phone !! So was told to add a new line and delete my current line in which not only will I lose my current phone # but I will lose all my current benefits & premium plan I have worked hard to get so I mean why in the world would i go backwards lose & pay more but to just be treated this way after years of high bill paying & not missing 1 single payment smh I'm so done people have already been telling me I've been paying too much for one phone so I'm done with Verizon they don't appreciate long loyal customers but be willing to give more to a new customer that may cancel or can't afford the service smh .... will be contacting AT&T Best Buy and others for a new phone service just sad & ridiculous
