Verizon not honoring promotion

On 6/18/2024 Verizon was running a promotion stating trade in any iPhone any condition and get the Iphone 15 for free.  I traded in two Iphones for two lines on my Verizon account, and ordered 2 Iphone 15's as their replacement. When i got my first billing cycle the trade in promotion was not applied to either line, and Verizon was now charging me for the two new Iphone 15's. I contacted Verizon customer support and was told by a representative that it would be corrected, and I would receive the promotional offer as well as credit for the amount paid toward the phones on my next billing cycle. I have now gone through 2 more billing cycles with no promotional credit applied to my account, and Verizon continuing to additionally charge my account for the two Iphone 15's. I called Verizon customer service for each bill that I have received. First I was again told by a Verizon representative that I will get the promotional trade in credit and my account will be credited for the amount they continue to bill me for the Iphone 15's on my next billing cycle. When I told the representative that is what I was told last time and nothing was done the representative replied saying that there is nothing he can do and I have to wait until the next billing cycle for anything to change.  I called again on 8/26/2024 after my next billing cycle which again did not have any promotional credit applied and Verizon continued to charge me for the Iphone 15's. At this time it was now over 2 months later and was I told by a representative that they were going to do a credit evaluation and I would receive an email within 3- 5 days. I never heard back from Verizon after that and did not receive any email. I called again on 9/10/2024 as no promotional credits have been applied and I am still getting billed for the Iphone 15's that was offered as free per Verizon's promotion, and additionally my bill increased. Yet  again I was told by one of Verizon's representatives that there was nothing he could do and I would have to wait until my next billing cycle to receive the offer and credits to my account. It has now been 3 billing cycles and counting and not promotional offer or credit has been applied to my account at this time, and Verizon  continues to charge me for the Iphone 15's and refuses to do anything to correct this error on their end. This seems fraudulent on Verizon's end and several other customers online are experiencing the same thing. It feels like I was tricked into getting 2 new phones that I would have never gotten otherwise, and now Verizon is being shady and wnt honor their own promotion. If this issue is not resolved I will be filing complaints with the FCC and BBB to start.

I have not received my 200 dollar verizon gift card I just purchased the galaxy s25 and the galaxy watch 7 today 2/28/2025 after I checked out it said I would receive a 200 dollar verizon gift card they said to redeem it but it ain't working

I have had the same issue, switch to Verizon earlier in the year. We were promised 2 $200 target gift cards, 1 for each new line and a new Samsung TV. We have received 1 gift card but that is it, and it said it was for the home internet. We were also assured our bill would only go up around $20 and it has gone up $100. Seems like a bate and switch, not happy at all.  I wish I would have stay with TMoble

Having the same issue and a nightmare trying to get anyone with Verizon to do anything. I’m four months in with them and Ben trying to get my promotion of two $200 cards every since

I was also not given the promotion of  300cartoffer24 300.00 gift card for changing cell provider to Verizon with a new iPhone 16 with unlimited plan  I got an email stating they are havingproblems processing my rebate when I checked the rebate tracker it said it is invalid. I already got two phones and it was processed properly. I bought all three phones at the same time

Something similar happened to me regarding a $200 visa gift from Christmas time. STILL haven’t received it!

I just had the exact same thing happen to me!!! 3 months later i finally received an email saying they withdrew my promotional credit with the exact same problem even though the paperwork from when i purchased the phone was completely valid now they are double downing and going against their own original policy/ promotional trade. I understand that this years promotions are different but i had already purchased the plan and traded in the phone last year when it was still valid with the promotion available.

I still have not recovered my $200 visa gift card not my corrected promotional credit. I traded in my phone and have screenshots and original documentation of the Trade in at any condition phone was working completely fine no real damage, yet i have no received my promotional credit and are now being billed for this ridiculous charge for a phone i traded in this is completely unacceptable and i feel unfairly charged, this a complete breach of contact and i want  info!!
